Spring Plant Sale – May 11

9 am – 3 pm in Johnson Park

The Outreach & Missions Committee will sell hanging baskets and pots of annuals including impatiens, geraniums, petunias, and more. Ready just in time for Mother’s Day or for your home, proceeds will be used to fund mission projects. Cash or checks are accepted.

Sight & Sound movies: Sundays at 12:30 pm

View Biblical-themed musical dramas produced by Sight
& Sound Theatres. Bring a bag lunch and meet in the
downstairs gathering area to eat before the movie begins.

PEACE senior luncheon – Mondays at noon

Call PEACE, Inc. at 315-470-3331 to reserve a meal. For seniors age 60 and older (spouses & guests under age 60 welcome for suggested $6). Suggested contribution, $3.  Menu: April 22 – meatball sub, green beans, pineapple.

Franklin Graham will preach at the St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview on May 30 as part of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association’s Decision America Northeast Tour. June 5 Lunch at the Euclid Restaurant and dessert and tour at the Schroeppel Mansion (River Edge B&B). Historians from the towns of Clay and Schroeppel will speak on the history of both areas. Cost is $25 per person.

Buffet menu: Fried chicken, hot roast beef, baked ziti,  chef salad, rolls & butter, coffee & tea

Your own transportation is required (the church bus will transport the most needy if a request is made ahead of time). Arrive at the Euclid Restaurant, Rte 31 Clay at 11:15 am for lunch at 11:30 am. The Town of Clay historian will speak at 12:30 pm. At 1 pm the church bus will shuttle people from the Euclid to the Schroeppel Mansion (1 mile away). The Town of Schroeppel historian will speak at 3 pm. At 3:30 pm the bus will shuttle those back to their cars at the Euclid and bring the ones who rode the bus out back to church. Flyers are in Fellowship Hall as well as payment envelopes. Deadline for reservations is May 5.
