Prayer Room is open for everyone

Everyone is welcome to visit the church Prayer Room,
located off Fellowship Hall near the Kitchen. Open on Sunday mornings and during weekday office hours (9 am to 3 pm Monday-Thursday, 9 am to noon Friday), the room contains prayer guides, devotional booklets, and other resources. Call the church at 315-457-5180 for information.

Help Wanted: Youth Ministry Director

Liverpool First UMC is seeking a Director of Youth Ministries to lead, rebuild, and integrate a teen ministry program into church through a weekly program of prayer, Bible Study, service, leadership, fellowship, and to connect faith into action through program meetings, mission, and service activities. The church is seeking two-year commitment and the deadline for Application is Thursday, February 14. Contact the church office at 315-457-5180 for details.

Project Christina Supports foster children

Donate toys, books, tote bags for children in need

During February, help foster children through Project Christina. Consider showing love to children entering foster care by donating a stuffed toy, children’s book or reuseable tote bag. There will be a collection box next to the Senior Ministries’ table in Fellowship Hall.

District Training Day – Saturday, February 9

All are welcome at the Crossroads District Training Day on February 9, 9 am to 3:30 pm at the United Methodist Conference Center, 7481 Henry Clay Blvd, Liverpool. Pick up schedule and registration form at the church Information Center, or contact Cindy Stone at rstone2@twcny.rr.com. Workshops address ministry and leadership roles and are open to Methodists throughout central New York.

2019 Lenten Fish Dinners Are Here!

Friday, March 8 and Friday, March 29

Full haddock dinners with fish fresh from Boston. Menu includes homemade three-cheese macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, Italian bread, dessert. Eat in or take out. Volunteer sign-ups are posted in Fellowship Hall. Please help your church by attending and / or helping! Meals cost $11, or for ages 6-12 $5, ages 5 and under FREE. Pre-ORDER and Pre-PAY at the table in Fellowship Hall or by Monday, March 4 (for March 8) or Monday, March 25 (for March 29).
