World Communion Sunday Offering for Shared Ministries
Today is World Communion Sunday, when we celebrate Christian Unity and Cooperation. United Methodists around the globe benefit from our support on these days. Please consider a donation to our Shared Ministry, which supports this and other efforts, by using the envelopes in the pews. Thank you!
All are invited to a special presentation — October 9 at 7 pm
Join us on Tuesday to hear Rev. Dr. Aaron Bouwens, Director of Vital Congregations for the UNY Conference of the UMC, lead a conversation about the life cycle of a church, and where we can go from here.
Ushers needed during 9:30 and 11 am worship services
Please sign up on sheets posted on the board in Fellowship Hall.

Hospitality and Fellowship Team volunteers needed
The Team will participate in the Membership Drive by providing brownies to be delivered on a monthly basis to new visitors attending our Sunday worship. We need volunteers to help deliver. Contact Kate in the church office if you will help. Thank you for helping us welcome visitors into our church family.
Olivebranch to honor our pastors at October 22 dinner
For Clergy Appreciation Month, Pastors Brian, Penny, Candace, and Blessed have been invited to dine with the Olivebranch Women’s Group. The Adoption Bears has been rescheduled to March so we can all attend the Charge Conference as our program. All women are invited to attend. Make reservation by noon, October 19.
Please support Crisis Care/Pastor’s Discretionary Fund
We could use your extra giving to assist our neighbors in need.
