Vera House Appeal — Support efforts to end abuse
Vera House is a local non-profit organization that provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse and also offers related education and awareness programs. Help by volunteering or providing funding. Use a pew envelope and mark it Vera House; put your name or envelope number on it if you wish to have your donation show on your church giving statement for tax purposes. If using a check, make it out to LFUMC. Or, write Vera House next to the other line if using your regular numbered offering envelope.

The LIFE youth group is collecting items for Syracuse Teen Challenge, a residential program that helps individuals with addiction recover through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Needed: men’s toiletries, bleach, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, loose-leaf paper, spiral bound notebooks. A collection box is in the church corridor,
near the Information Center.

Senior Ministries 2018 events are filling up
Information is in a binder on the Senior Ministries table in Fellowship Hall. These fill up quickly; to attend, don’t delay. Your check is your reservation; Sarah will hold seats for those from church without

Blessings in a Backpack is collecting breakfast bars during March and April. It is important that they do not contain nuts of any kind. Find store and brand suggestions at the collection display. Thank you for supporting hungry school children with this weekend meal program.
