Lenten Fish Dinners – March 2 & March 23

Order a meal for our first Lenten Fish Dinner by noon on February 26. Featuring fresh haddock from Boston and homemade macaroni and cheese. PRE-SALE ONLY. Volunteers, sign up in Fellowship Hall.

Support recovery – donate personal care items

The LIFE youth group is collec ng items for Syracuse Teen Chal- lenge, a residen al program that helps individuals with addic on recover through a rela onship with Jesus Christ. Needed: men’s toiletries, bleach, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, loose- leaf paper, spiral bound notebooks. Place them in the collec on box in the main church corridor, near the Informa on Center.

Join a Mission Trip to Kentucky, April 22-29

Join volunteers traveling to Red Bird Mission in Kentucky during spring break. Help people in the mountains of rural Appalachia. People with all skills are needed, ages 13 and older. Par cipants should supply a $75 commitment fee (scholarships available) by February 28. Contact Mike Nortman or Kay Phillips, 315-457-5180.

Senior Ministries 2018 events are lling up

Informa on about 2018 events is in a binder on the Senior Ministries table in Fellowship Hall. If you want to a end, don’t delay. Your check is your reservation, but Sarah will hold seats for those from church without prepayment if you call her at 315-695- 6696, email sbieling@hotmail.com, or leave a note in the Senior Ministries mailbox at church.
It is now required that anyone a ending these programs must have a medical form on le. Pick one up on our table and put in an envelope provided. Please leave in the Senior Ministries mailbox.

People of all ages welcome at April 20 dinner

1950’s-themed meal served at church at 6 pm. The LFUMC Men’s Club will cater. Program, The History of Onondaga Lake, presented by Gregg Tripoli, Onondaga Historical Society’s curator of history. $15 per person. See Senior Ministries table for details.

Sights & Sounds of the Holy Land talk – February 26

At the February 26 Olivebranch Women’s Group gathering, Naomi Cannon and Kay Phillips will share stories of their recent trip to Israel following in the footsteps of Jesus, Samuel, David, and Paul. Enjoy a Valen ne’s Brunch for dinner! Join for appe zers at 5:30 pm, brunch at 6 pm and program at 7:15 pm. Cost for dinner is $5. Make a reserva on (call 315-457-5180) by noon on February 23.
