Order a meal for our first Lenten Fish Din­ner by noon on Feb­ru­ary 26. Fea­tur­ing fresh had­dock from Boston and home­made mac­a­roni and cheese. PRE-SALE ONLY. Vol­un­teers, sign up in Fel­low­ship Hall.

Sup­port recov­ery — donate per­son­al care items

The LIFE youth group is col­lec ng items for Syra­cuse Teen Chal- lenge, a res­i­den al pro­gram that helps indi­vid­u­als with addic on recov­er through a rela onship with Jesus Christ. Need­ed: men’s toi­letries, bleach, laun­dry deter­gent, dish soap, toi­let paper, loose- leaf paper, spi­ral bound note­books. Place them in the col­lec on box in the main church cor­ri­dor, near the Infor­ma on Cen­ter.

Join a Mis­sion Trip to Ken­tucky, April 22–29

Join vol­un­teers trav­el­ing to Red Bird Mis­sion in Ken­tucky dur­ing spring break. Help peo­ple in the moun­tains of rur­al Appalachia. Peo­ple with all skills are need­ed, ages 13 and old­er. Par cipants should sup­ply a $75 com­mit­ment fee (schol­ar­ships avail­able) by Feb­ru­ary 28. Con­tact Mike Nort­man or Kay Phillips, 315–457-5180.

Senior Min­istries 2018 events are lling up

Peo­ple of all ages wel­come at April 20 din­ner

1950’s‑themed meal served at church at 6 pm. The LFUMC Men’s Club will cater. Pro­gram, The His­to­ry of Ononda­ga Lake, pre­sent­ed by Gregg Tripoli, Ononda­ga His­tor­i­cal Society’s cura­tor of his­to­ry. $15 per per­son. See Senior Min­istries table for details.

Sights & Sounds of the Holy Land talk — Feb­ru­ary 26

At the Feb­ru­ary 26 Olive­branch Women’s Group gath­er­ing, Nao­mi Can­non and Kay Phillips will share sto­ries of their recent trip to Israel fol­low­ing in the foot­steps of Jesus, Samuel, David, and Paul.
