HOLY WEEK SCHEDULE
Wednesday, April 12, Lenten Communion Service at 7 p.m.
Holy Thursday, April 13, Observe an ancient service of Tenebrae, known as a service of shadows, at 7 p.m. We progress with Jesus through the evening before his arrest. Holy Communion shall be offered.
Good Friday, April 14, at noon we will host the churches of Liverpool for a community-wide commemoration of the events of Christ’s crucifixion.
Resurrection Sunday, April 16, We will offer a SONRISE Service in Johnson Park at 6:30 a.m., designed and led by members of our Confirmation Class. Our regular services will be held at their normal time and features our choirs and joy of our hope found in the resurrection. 8:15 a.m. in the Chapel, 9:30 & 11 a.m. in the Sanctuary.
New support group to meet Wednesday evenings
A new faith-based support group is forming for people suffering from anxiety or depression. The mission is to give people a place to be able to speak freely about mental health disorders, and to learn about and accept them, as well as to learn coping skills. The group will meet Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. beginning after Easter. Contact the church at 315–457-5180 or email@example.com for information.
Be the Change — April 29
A weekend of music and service. Help serve: veterans, at risk women, people experiencing homelessness, refugees or families affected by disabilities. Go to beautifulmessministries.com/bethechange and

Lenten Worship — April 12
You are invited to Wednesday evening Lenten worship with Holy Communion at 7 p.m. April 12. Come and be blessed with this Lenten gift of renewal.
Spring plant sale — May 13
The Mission & Outreach committee is preparing for a plant sale! It will be at Johnson Park on Saturday, May 13, 9 a.m. — 3 p.m. with beautiful hanging plants and geraniums, just in time for Mother’s Day. You may purchase quality flowers while also supporting Mission and Outreach summer projects. Cash or checks are accepted but no charge cards, please.

The April 18 Movie Night at Spaghetti Warehouse has been cancelled.
The deadline for Saturday, May 20 Skaneateles Lake Cruise, luncheon at the Sherwood Inn & guided tour of the Creamery is Sunday, April 16.
Sunday, June 25 2 p.m. — Syracuse Stage’s production of “Ring of Fire” the music of Johnny Cash. There are 29 tickets available at $32 per person. These will go quickly. For details on these events and the rest of 2017, please check out our table in Fellowship Hall. Flyers for each event can be found in the binder on the table.
Project Christina — toys for children
Would you like to help a child in crisis? Purchase a $5 stuffed toy from Kohl’s where the proceeds go to Golisano’s Children’s Hospital, and the toy is given to the Onondaga County Social Services Foster Care Division. When children are removed from their home a toy will be given to them to help ease their pain. We also accept new stuffed toys purchased elsewhere, books, and reusable child-friendly tote bags. There is a red collection box in Fellowship Hall.
