Church Family Picnic
Next Sunday July 24
Come play family games after 9:30 Sunday School Service: croquet, badminton, bean bag toss, bingo with prizes and more in Johnson Park across the street. Picnic starts after 11 o’clock service. The Men’s Club will cook hamburgers and hotdogs and all the trimmings. Bring a dish to pass and a lawn chair. Tables will be set up for the food buffet, ice tea, lemonade, and ice water. Plates and table service will be provided. If you need, the church bus will be available to take you from our parking lot door around to the other side of the park so there will be fewer steps and flat access to the festivities. The Member Care Commission requests that you sign up in Fellowship Hall, so the correct amount of meat can be purchased. If it rains festivities will be held in Gathering Room and Fellowship Hall.
Tiny Houses for Good — July 30
We have committed to help Andrew Lunetta and his Tiny Homes for Good project on Saturday July 30. Meet at church at 8 a.m. and take the bus to the project to help with whatever Andrew needs to help him with a home for the homeless. A sign-up sheet is in Fellowship Hall. If you want to learn more about Tiny Homes for Good sign up and give us your email.

Support foster children through Project Christina
For those of you who have purchased stuffed toys for “Project Christina,” thank you. The need is increasing because there are consistent numbers of children that are removed from their home weekly and bigger sibling groups involved. Social workers use the toys to calm the children during the interview process which is extremely traumatic. You can be assured that your generous heart is making a difference.
Video On Demand- View and Share our Worship
The church makes video recordings of the 9:30 a.m. services. If you would like a copy of the video in DVD format you may request one by filling out one of the request cards in the pews and dropping it in the offering plate. Let us know the date of the service you would like and whether you want the complete service or just the Pastor’s Meditation, and your name and phone number of course, and we’ll have your video ready for pickup in the church office within a week (or so).
