GREETING & QUESTIONS OF LIFE & FAITH

Please be in SILENT reflection as we prepare ourselves for worship.

In what way has your knowledge and faith in God enriched your life?

How important is it to you that the children in your life grow up to love God and appreciate God’s role in their life?

What’s at stake if we fail them?

OUR COMMON PRAYER (unison)

Lord, how grateful we are that you long for our companionship. You have broken every barrier down that obstructs our fellowship. At great cost to you, you have forgiven us and invited us to walk in life with you. In our friendship you offer your guidance, encouragement and assistance to keep the way open to you. You are available to listen to our complaints and needs though you know them already before we speak them. You commune with us through your written Word, through the inward presence of your Holy Spirit and the companionship of others who genuinely desire to follow you. Help us to get close and stay close with you and to help our neighbor know your presence and availability. Amen!
